A few years ago, I stayed at a Postcard Cabins location near Dallas with my pup, Zoey. We hiked, snacked, and snuggled the whole weekend.
After recharging in nature and breathing in the fresh air, I felt ready to take on the new year.
I definitely recommend packing your bags and heading to a tiny cabin, turn off your phone, unplug, and relax!
I’ve put together a list of glamping packing list to help you prep for your own getaway. The Postcard Cabins have most of what you need, so you won’t have to overpack.
No need for Bear Grylls survival mode…just a few essentials to make your trip comfy and fun!

Tips Before You Go:
- Don’t overpack; the space is small so go MINIMAL
- I recommend a backpack and a weekend bag because there isn’t room in the cabins for large suitcases.
- Bring food but don’t overcomplicate it with tons of ingredients.
- Download map on phone and also print it in case of no cell service.
